After graduating with a degree in Environmental Management from MMU, Alex built a successful career in sales and leadership, progressing from Sales Advisor to European Distribution Sales Manager at an international conglomerate. His 12 years of experience in sales and management gave him a strong foundation in building teams, driving growth, and creating lasting relationships.

In 2019, Alex joined Priority Recruitment as part of the senior leadership team, where he played a key role in growing its Healthcare division. His passion for care and his belief in the importance of helping people live independently led him to launch Thriving, where he now combines his commercial expertise with a deep commitment to making a difference.
